ChillGPT Empire is a deeply strategic simulation and idle management game that puts you in the shoes of an ambitious AI tech founder. Starting with a single computer in a messy bedroom, your goal is to research, build, and deploy the most advanced artificial intelligence model in the world.

This isn't just a simple clicker. Every decision matters. Do you focus entirely on acquiring raw computing power by purchasing GPU clusters, or do you invest heavily in hiring Data Scientists to improve your algorithm efficiency? Will you release an Open Source model for the masses, or a locked-down Enterprise subscription to maximize cash flow?

The Story

The year is 2026. Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a buzzword; it's the foundation of global infrastructure. You are an independent software engineer who just had a breakthrough. You've coded the core architecture for "ChillGPT", an AI model that could revolutionize the industry.

But you aren't alone. Mega-corporations and rival tech startups are racing to build their own Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). You must scale your server rooms, outsmart your competitors' marketing, and establish a monopoly before they crush your user base. It's a race to the technological singularity.

AI Mechanics & Gameplay

The core loop of ChillGPT Empire revolves around balancing three critical resources: Money ($), Teraflops (TF), and Active Users.

Teraflops represent your raw processing power. As you accumulate TF, you can spend it in the Research Tree to unlock permanent buffs, new business models, and better hardware tiers. Meanwhile, your computing power dictates how many active users your model can handle simultaneously.

However, hardware requires massive amounts of electricity. If your user revenue doesn't exceed your server maintenance and power costs, your company will go bankrupt. You'll need to strategically accept B2B Contracts—special missions requiring specific model architectures—to inject cash into your startup when funds run low.

The Development Journey

ChillGPT Empire was born out of a fascination with the rapidly evolving AI industry. The goal was to create a game that captured the tension and excitement of running a tech startup—managing burn rates, making architectural decisions, and fighting for market share.

Developed by indie creator Khushal Solanki, the game combines classic idle progression mechanics with deeper strategy elements commonly found in management sims.
